How fast do things actually ship?
The first working feature typically lands within the first week, and most weeks several requests ship. Bigger builds are split into weekly deliverables, so you're using early pieces while the rest is still in progress.
What does "usage at cost" mean?
Some things we build consume metered third-party services — phone minutes, text messages, ad budgets. Those pass through at exactly what they cost, with no markup. The work itself is always covered by the retainer.
What happens if I stop?
