Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Ohio AI Solutions LLC (“Paglow Automations,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including the paglow.com website, the Lima Link B2B agent network, and associated phone, SMS, and email services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Paglow Automations provides:

• Lima Link Network — A free B2B agent network connecting local businesses in Lima, Ohio for ordering, service requests, and coordination
• AI Agent Services — Automated phone, text, and email communication powered by artificial intelligence
• Business Automation — Custom automation solutions for small businesses
• Website Scanning — Automated extraction of business information from your website to build your network profile

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account PIN and credentials
• You must be authorized to represent the business you register
• One business profile per business entity — duplicate registrations may be removed
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services

4. Lima Link Network

Listing and Visibility

By joining Lima Link, you agree that your business profile — including business name, services, pricing, hours, and contact preferences — will be visible to other network members and may be used to facilitate orders and service requests.

Orders and Transactions

• Orders placed through Lima Link are agreements between the ordering business and the vendor
• Paglow Automations facilitates communication but is not a party to the transaction
• Vendors are responsible for fulfilling accepted orders
• Pricing displayed on the network is set by each business and may change

AI-Mediated Communication

Communication between businesses on the network may be mediated by our AI agent. You consent to AI processing of your messages, emails, and phone calls for the purpose of facilitating orders and service requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading business information
• Register a business you do not own or are not authorized to represent
• Use the service for illegal activities
• Attempt to manipulate the network's matching or rating systems
• Abuse the AI agent (spam, harassment, or excessive use)
• Resell or redistribute access to the service

6. Fees and Payment

The Lima Link network is currently free to join and use. Custom automation services may be quoted separately. We reserve the right to introduce fees for premium features with advance notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology used to operate Paglow Automations and Lima Link are owned by Ohio AI Solutions LLC. You retain ownership of your business information and content you provide.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy of AI-generated responses or extracted business data
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That orders placed through the network will be fulfilled
• The quality of services provided by other businesses on the network

9. Limitation of Liability

Ohio AI Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ohio AI Solutions LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your business profile will be removed from the network.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Allen County, Ohio.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
