What's actually slowing
your business down?
A free 90-minute working session in Lima. Bring the one thing that eats your week — leave knowing what it costs you and exactly how to fix it.
No cost. No pitch from the stage. You keep everything we build.
Does this sound like your week?
Most owners can feel the drag but can't name where it is. That's the whole problem.
$20,000 – $80,000
is what most Lima businesses we sit down with are losing every year to manual work and missed calls they've accepted as "just how it is."
A bottleneck isn't "being busy"
It's the one step everything else waits behind. Fix it and the whole line moves.
"We're slammed and still not making money."
Every quote waited on the owner. Nobody else could price a job.
A pricing sheet his crew could run, and quotes went out same-day.
Nothing about that fix was software. Most aren't. We find the constraint first and only then ask what it needs.
What we'll actually do, in 90 minutes
It's a working session, not a talk. You'll be drawing on paper in the first ten minutes.
Your week on one sheet
Every job, call, quote and handoff — drawn, not described. Most owners have never seen their own business on one page.
Find where it piles up
We follow the work until it stops moving. The pile is the bottleneck — and it's almost never where people guess.
Put a number on it
Hours lost per week, times your rate, times fifty. Once it has a dollar figure, it stops being "just how it is."
Build the fix
The smallest change that moves the constraint — written down, in order, small enough to start Monday.
You walk out with
The map you drew, yours to keep.
The specific step, not a vague area.
A real number you can act on.
Written in order, no software required.

Paglow Automations · Lima, Ohio
I build automation for small businesses around Allen County — phone agents that answer when you can't, custom software that fits how you already work.
Every one of those builds started the same way: sitting down and finding the one step everything else was waiting on. This workshop is that first hour, run for a room instead of one company.
I live and work here. You'll be talking to the person who does the work, not a rep.

Straight answers
Is this a sales pitch?
No pitch from the stage. You'll get the map and the fix whether or not you ever hire anyone to build it. If you want me to build it afterward, that's a conversation you start — not one I corner you into.
What does it cost?
Free. There's no upsell at the door and no card to put down.
How long is it, and when?
90 minutes. The date isn't set yet — that's what the waitlist is for. I'll email you as soon as it is, and you can say no then.
Where is it?
A room in Lima. I'll send the address with the date.
What do I need to bring?
Yourself and a rough sense of where your week goes. No spreadsheets, no reports, no prep. If you want to bring the person who actually runs the day-to-day, bring them.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Half the fixes that come out of this aren't software at all — they're a checklist, a price sheet, or one person being allowed to say yes.
What if I'm not in Allen County?
Sign up anyway. The first session is Allen County only, but you'll be first in line for the next one and I'll tell you when it's set.
Why only 12 seats?
Because everyone in the room gets their own business mapped. Past about a dozen, it turns into a lecture — which is the thing this isn't.
Save your seat
Four fields. I'll email you the date as soon as it's set — you can say no then.
