The whole company

Training for every part of your business.

Pick the people. Each part of the company gets training built for its own work, and every piece runs on the AI you already pay for.

Every department

Each team, on its own work.

Pick a department to see its workshop, its version of the certificate and the workflows it builds.

IT and admins

The person who runs your systems runs your AI.

Set up, secure and run the company's AI workspace, on the platform you already use.

Your industry

Examples from work like yours.

The skills are the same in every class. The examples, the practice data and the red lines match your industry.

HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, cleaning and contractors — the office behind the trucks.

Ohio TechCred

TechCred can pay back the certificates.

TechCred reimburses up to $1,000 per employee for each credential they earn, up to $30,000 per employer in an application period. You pay the invoice first, and the state reimburses you once the credential is earned and your application is approved.

Listing in progress: Our certificates are being prepared for TechCred review. Until the state lists a credential, reimbursement for it isn't guaranteed, so I'll tell you exactly where it stands before you apply.

How TechCred works with this training

Can be reimbursed

The five certificate courses, at $1,000 a seat per employee.

Paid directly

Workshops, lunch-and-learns and program fees. Those are paid directly, and they're priced for it.

Demo Day

Certificate graduates get a stage.

Once a quarter in Lima, certificate graduates show what they built in five minutes each: the problem, a live demo, the result. The owners in the room see what their own people could do next.

Who teaches it

Jayson Paglow

Paglow Automations · Lima, Ohio

I founded a VR arcade chain, then spent about seven years in engineering, the last four of them in AI consulting.

Today I build phone agents and automations for businesses around Lima. The classes teach the same way I work: find the job, build the smallest thing that fixes it, test it hard, then let it run.

I teach every session myself. You get the person who builds these systems for a living, not someone reading a script.

Straight answers

Where do we start?

Most companies start with the leadership team and the policy, then AI at Work for everyone, then a certificate for the people who'll use AI the most. The Company-wide AI Rollout puts those in order for you.

Will TechCred pay for it?

TechCred reimburses up to $1,000 per employee for each credential, after it's earned, when the state approves your application and the credential is on its list. That covers the certificate courses only. Workshops, lunch-and-learns and program fees are paid directly. Our listing is in progress, and I'll tell you exactly where it stands before you apply.

Which AI do you teach on?

The one your company already pays for: Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude, on a business plan. The builder certificates use Claude Code and Vapi. No account yet? I'll help you pick one before class.

How is this different from your free Bottleneck Workshop?

The workshop is how I find one job worth automating and build it for you. Training is for your own people to learn the skills, across the company. You can do either, or both.

Do my people need to be technical?

No. Everyday courses start from email, documents and spreadsheets. Even the builder certificates need no programming: people direct an AI that writes the code, then test it and run it.

How many people per session?

Certificate classes are 8 to 15 people. AI at Work, the scam and security session and lunch-and-learns take up to 25, department workshops up to 15, and the leadership sessions up to 10. A bigger group books a second session.

Can we do it in fewer visits?

Yes. Every certificate is four 2-hour sessions, and you pick how they're spread: one 2-hour session a week, or two 4-hour half-days a week apart. On the half-day schedule, sessions 1 and 2 are the first visit and 3 and 4 the second, so it's 2 visits instead of 4. It's the same credential and the same 8 clock hours either way. I don't run it as a single 8-hour day: the week between visits is when people put what they built to work on real tasks, and the next visit builds on that.

Can it run online?

AI at Work and the lunch-and-learns can run live online. Certificates, department workshops, the leadership sessions and the scam and security session are in person, on site within an hour of Lima, or in Lima.

How does invoicing work?

Workshops are invoiced after they're delivered. Certificate classes get one itemized invoice after the last session, a line per person, with no deposit. The Company-wide AI Rollout is invoiced in two halves, and AI Champions in two invoices so the certificate seat can be reimbursed on its own.

What data do we use?

Sanitized copies or made-up examples. Everyone sorts their data into green, yellow and red first, and nothing red goes near an AI tool. Healthcare offices keep all patient information out of class entirely.

What does a certificate prove?

That the person built, tested and ran the work themselves, and passed the quiz. It names the credential, the person and the date, and carries a verification link anyone can check at paglow.com/training/verify.
